It might be able to be done in the config files but I don't know if there is and perhaps one of the more experienced players like Fury6 might be able to help if they notice this thread. You will have to find a mod that reduces or eliminates traffic fines. I just turn it off and manage my own sleep.
Enable the developer console, turn off fatigue simulation in the game. Then use the command after hitting the grave key (~) key : g_set_time 14 as an example. This would move the in game time to 2 P.M. The rest duration are legaly enforced rest times. Maybe use the console and the "g_set_time" command instead.
Just enable the developers console, and use console command g_set_time. g_set_time doesn't force night time it moves the clock forwards. Great if you have fatigue off and no job. Not so good if you're on a job and just want it to be night time. Set "day_in_year: 358" in "/def/env_data.sii" and you'll have the shortest day in year.
Sleep and delivery time v1.0 ATS. Sleeping time 3 hours, driving time 15 hours. 70% more time to deliver the order. ver. 1.47 for ATS!!! This sleep/drive mode is good if you like to drive over day and night you rest. Your working hours may look like for example like this: Non-interruption mode – the ride starts at 6 a.m., ends at 9 p.m.
