When I looked for a complete torrent of MLP:FiM episodes, I came up dry. I completely agree with and encourage purchasing episodes from iTunes; support the brand. This, however, is a torrent of every season one and two episode to date, formatted as .MP4 in 720p. I'll keep it updated for those who want another source to download episodes.
