Hi, I have changed the heater matrix on my 2014 2.0 bluehdi GP. it is a bit fiddly but not particularly hard. you need to remove alot of the trim in the foot well (think it was passenger side but cant remember.) undo the pipe connections and move them out of the way. worth having a way to temp seal the pipe ends as some coolant will leak out and a tub to collect any leakage. the heater matrix

There shouldn't be any flow through 6 - it is a degas pipe to vent any air in the high point of the radiator back to the expansion tank - there is no flow in the expansion tank on these either if you look at how the pipe is routed.
I have stripped out and removed the fan motor assembly and dried it out in the airing cupboard in the hope that this may resolve the problem. Unfortunately this did not work. As a bit of an amateur, I need some guidance to test these items to see which needs replacing. I have basic tools and a mutltimeter, but do not really know what to do to test.

There are 3 systems on this model - the single A/C system that you have, then a Dual Zone system and finally a 4 zone system. So you should have the main controls on the driver's side and the First time the commands were working erratically acting weird. Sometimes was heating at full capacity blowing heads off. At other times it was not starting at all. The whole module had to be replaced. Second time if the car stayed in the sun the AC was heating, after starting the engine and cooling started only after achieving greater speeds

I have had the same problem with the heater blower fan packing up on my Grand Picasso 2 litre auto. I took the fan assembly out. It is an easy job and the fan housing is just above the accelerator pedal. It is held in by 4 pk screws that need a 6mm socket. There is a bit of trim to be taken off but that is also easy.
Just picked the c4 up from garage, they have diagnosed the elements need replacing. They have got to apply to Citroen now for the go ahead. They wanted photocopies of service book (only done 37k) first 2 services were done by Citroen main dealer by first owner and last chap had it serviced at peugeot main dealer the other time because his brother works there, and that was done end of Jan this I have a Citroen Picasso Automatic 1.6 5 Seater 2008 Model 65,000 miles A couple weeks ago the heater stopped working. When the garage investigated the problem the found the heater and resistor burnt out, along with another wire or two!
Pressing the button a third time will result in the lowest setting. Pressing the button a fourth time will turn off the heated seats. There are three lights next to the heated seat buttons to indicate what setting the heated seats are on. The heated seats will only work when the engine is running.
